What am I Doing? A Project Update

I haven’t updated on my projects for a while so I thought I would give you an overview of what is going on.

I am currently actively working on two book projects: Bangtan Borahae and the “Musical Baby Names” book that really doesn’t have a real working title.

The Music Baby book is still in the research stage. I have been going over the music charts since the early 1900s. (That's not how long I have been looking at them but how far back I have researched.) It’s a little tedious but it is a lot of fun to listen to music that I otherwise would probably never have come across. It’s very interesting and enlightening especially for a music lover like me. I’m simultaneously collecting information regarding state rules and guidelines for naming a baby. I am really looking for personal stories to add. If your name is related to music somehow, maybe you were named after a song or musician, please stop by the project forum on my website and leave your story.

Bangtan Borahae is meant to be a love letter of sorts to BTS. The idea came from a video I watched where the guys were talking about how they wish they knew what individual ARMYS were doing in their lives. Although this book will only represent a sprinkle in the ocean of fans I feel moved to write it. I have most of the skeleton finished, however, I really need a lot more input from BTS lovers. I have a survey to collect research that I will incorporate into the book. Please share this link to collect information and thoughts from a diverse audience of BTS fans.

On a personal note, I seem to have finally kicked my addiction to TV. It is a time sucker and dangerous for a natural procrastinator like me. My passion for these projects has taken over and I have been consumed by my need to complete them. It is a little unbelievable because a lot of shows I had previously watched have started new seasons. I am not pressed at all. I have more projects down the pipeline and I want to get to them.
